It's Thursday and I'm Thankful...

This post made me think of testimony service.....

I woke up this morning with my mind stayed on Jesus.......

I am thankful that I was sane and in my right mind with the activity of my limbs.

I have shoes on my feet, clothes on my back, food on my table(so to speak) and still a roof over my head.

I got transportation and a way to communicate.
I have friends and family that bless me.
I have a job that I dont like but I have one and I am thankful.

I am thankful that I can come here and write long post and still be accepted....
I am thankful that somebody called us to our place and some of us felt compelled to do something.
I am thankful just the same for the network of friends and family that we find our common ground and stand.

Thanks D.  I appreciate you this morning...

In the midst of turmoil,  have SO MUCH to be thankful for.....

For having the grace of God

for being healthy,

for my daughter (she is indeed my world)

for family, friends and funds to provide a way,

for the most wonderful man I have ever met (crazy as he may be, lol)

the list goes on and on.....

Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

Hey There!

Its good to remember what we are thankful for soooo -- I am thankful for

-- waking up this morning even though I have a wicked cough
-- getting my Inaugural Swearing In Tickets yesterday!  Woo-hoo!
-- my family and friends, that they are healthy and supportive
-- that my mom is doing better after her RNY surgery in November 2008
-- for my dog, Rhett, making me LOL a few moments ago by stealing part of my mail to hide for later
-- for finaly getting my surgery date straightened out (Jan 26th)
-- and for God allowing me another change to take the bar exam [though I'm worried like all get outs]
